I hear that the crest whitening mouth wash works pretty well. I’m going to get it soon and try it out for myself.
get a tooth paste with baking soda and peroxide. It wont dry your mouth out They have them i use it and it helps. i think i use colgate or crest
Thats true, but I was going to tell you to use the whitening strips but I hear the whitening strips mess up your teeth so just find a good toothpaste Colgate have peroxide and baking soda toothpaste
just brush your teeth everyday i have crest night effects and it works
mix your baking soda with tooth paste, thats works really well. Or if you cant stand that, get some of that whitening toothpaste, should be able to get some at the store…
u know what is really weird that my mom uses and she has pretty clean teeth, she will leave a tortilla on the stove, until it crisps and burns completely and shell take the stuff thats left, and brush her teeth with it, and rinse out with a little baking soda not much, but the burnt particles in the tortilla have some sort of abrasiveness to it and cleans really well. i have tried it once,. i should do it again … but this is our home remeduy. we are mexican hehe =D
well I hate to say it but baking soda and peroxide are probably your best bet. try making a paste, then just leave it on your teeth for a few minutes then brush and rinse like you normal would. You see quick results, oh and I would only do it until you get the results your wanting then give it a rest until you think you need it again. Good luck.
