don’t try the strips, they are DISGUSTING!! Try brushing your teeth with crest, and put a little baking soda on it. If you brush twice a day, you can see it within a week.
Crest white strips & Arm & Hammer toothpaste
I don’t know if this is the best thing to do, but it’s what *I* do, and I have white teeth, for the most part.
Just wet your toothbrush with water and put baking soda on it. Rinsing your mouth with Hydrogen peroxide also helps. I’ve found that it works just as well as the strips and it’s a lot cheaper.
arm and hammer extra whitening.. the white stuff… not the blue gel. this stuff is like magic.
and it leaves your mouth feeling sooooo clean!
stay away from strips. they’ll make your teeth sensitive. the pain is horrible!
